Dynamic Class

Never the same class twice. Focus varies from strengthening asana to aerobic vinyasa to deep work into well primed muscle groups. Class direction, pace and intensity is determined by the energetic needs of the group d'jour, previous lessons and any requests made; but one way or another, limits will be challenged. Despite pauses for integration interspersed throughout the exercises, expect to leave with a healthy sweat and to be reminded of your class the day after.
